• You’ll be billed $160 today, and then $160 on this date every month for the remainder of your contract.

• You will continue to be charged monthly for your membership until you cancel

Material Terms:

Agreement and waiver of liability must be signed to activate membership. 12-month EFT commitment required with valid credit card or ACH on file. Total initial term obligation of $1920. Membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the same monthly rate after the initial term until cancelled per contract terms. Guests passes and PT session provided at membership activation and expire 12 months after; limited to one per person (no repeat guests). Offer not valid for current members or members in the last 60 days. Must be at least 18 with valid ID. Not redeemable for cash. Non-transferable. Cannot combine with any other offer.
