Material Terms:
Agreement and waiver of liability must be signed to activate membership. EFT commitment required with valid credit card or ACH on file. $180 per month, auto-renewing. Membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the same rate until cancelled per contract terms. Must be at least 18 with valid ID. 30-day cancellation. Not redeemable for cash.
