- You’ll be billed $250 today, and then $250 on this date every month until cancelled.
- $150 one-time Enrollment Fee
- You will continue to be charged monthly for your membership until you cancel
- To stop recurring charges after the initial term, you must cancel your membership at least 30 days prior to the next billing period Membership Agreement terms apply.

Material Terms:
Agreement and waiver of liability must be signed to activate membership. EFT commitment required with valid credit card or ACH on file. $250 per month, auto-renewing. Membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the same rate until cancelled per contract terms. Must be at least 18 with valid ID. 30-day cancellation. Not redeemable for cash. Non-transferable. Cannot combine with any other offer. Other restrictions apply, see gym for details.
