Memberships are all inclusive. Personal Training is not included.
For monthly memberships, there's no need. Cancel and sign back up anytime. For annual memberships, you may freeze your membership for 1 month.

Memberships automatically renew every month until you cancel.
We accept major debit and credit cards as well as direct payment from bank accounts (ACH).
You can cancel via email. You must cancel up to 1-day prior to your billing date. All the ways to cancel are outlined in your membership agreement.
We offer day passes for $50 for DTLA and $30 for Dallas. Available at the front desk only.
You can sign-up for classes through the JOHN REED app.
Up to 7 days in advance.
You can cancel up to 2 hours prior to the start of your class. If you fail to cancel 2 hours before your class, you will get a strike. Should you receive 3 strikes of any kind, your ability to sign up for classes will be suspended for 2 weeks.
If you sign up for a class and are you no-show, you will receive a strike. Should you receive 3 strikes, your ability to sign up for classes will be suspended for 2 weeks.
1 minute before the class begins, the instructor will start inviting members on the walk-in standby list in the order they signed up. If you’re more than 5 minutes late regardless of there being space available, you will not be allowed to enter the class for safety reasons. There are no exceptions to this rule, so please arrive early. Note: If you booked a class and your tardiness negatively effects the class capacity (i.e., your spot could have gone to another member on the waitlist) you will receive a strike. Should you receive 3 strikes, your ability to sign up for classes will be suspended for 2 weeks.
Once a class is full, you will be offered a spot on the waitlist. If a spot opens 3 hours before class, you will automatically be added to the waitlist, and notified via email. The waitlist closes 3 hours before the class, so sign up early.
You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to the start of your personal training session. If you fail to cancel 24 hours before your session, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
